Hells’s Kitchen, much like the name suggests, is choc-a-bloc full of restaurants for those theater goers and houses a few off broadway theaters of its own. The majority of restaurants reside on 9th avenue, but some staples you don’t want to miss, such as Sesamo, Kochi, and 44&X are over on 10th.

We are sandwiched between 8th avenue, which takes us right to Central Park and the Hudson River parkway. Residentially, the west side near 10th and 11th avenues has newer condos and rental buildings with large to huge amenity suites. Between 8th and 10th avenues is an area of low-rise buildings comprised of many townhomes, co-ops, and walk-up rentals where you will make friends with more neighbors on the street than in your lobby. And right along the edge of 8th ave are high-rise condos and rentals, perfect for those On-The-Go since the ACE trains run along 8th ave. While many people think of HK as a young-adult area, there are a plethora of parks for kids and reputable schools in the area.
